Fleury’s Home Improvement is a carpentry-first remodeling company based in Williamstown, Massachusetts, serving homeowners across the Northern Berkshires and the surrounding towns. We were founded on a simple belief: a home deserves one accountable crew that carries the work from framing to finish trim, not a parade of subcontractors the homeowner has to coordinate. That belief shapes every kitchen, bathroom, addition, and whole-home remodel we take on.

Our work is built for homeowners who plan to stay. The company is led by Collin Fleury, a licensed and insured carpenter who learned the trade hands-on in Berkshire County homes old and new. Every project is run through a single point of contact, a clear written scope, and a process that moves in four stages: walkthrough and estimate, design and material selection, build, and a final walk-through we don’t close until you’re satisfied. We coordinate walls, floors, counters, cabinetry, and finishes under one roof so the details line up.
