Est. Williamstown, Massachusetts · Carpentry & Remodeling
Fleury’s Home Improvement builds kitchens, baths, additions and whole-home renovations across the Berkshires.
Five disciplines — and the smaller jobs most builders won’t take.
01
Custom cabinetry, islands and millwork built to the room. Layout, tile, counters and finish trim handled start to finish.
02
Tiled showers, floating vanities and clean waterproofing details — quiet, durable rooms that read like new construction.
03
Full interior renovations, phased and sequenced so you know what happens each week and what it costs.
04
Foundations to roofline. New volume that matches the proportion and detail of the original house.
05
Built-ins, stairs, wainscot, mantels, decks, doors and windows — plus repairs and the smaller work in between.
The Master’s Measure
We keep it to one crew, one job at a time. That’s the whole point — when we walk into a house in Williamstown or any of the surrounding towns, we’re not handing it off to four different subs. We keep the carpentry in our own hands, and everything else — the drywall, the floors, the counters, the last coat of paint — follows from that. Licensed, insured, accountable all the way to the finish.
The work we’re proudest of isn’t the big reveal. It’s the trim that sits flush, the floor that doesn’t squeak, the seam nobody else would have caught. That’s the measure we hold ourselves to. When someone hands us their kitchen or their bathroom, they shouldn’t have to manage us — they should get to walk back in and just like what they see.

Licensed & insured
We visit, measure and listen. No charge, no pressure — just an honest read on what the space can become.
A line-item scope with materials, allowances and a real schedule. You see exactly where the money goes.
One crew, protected floors, daily cleanup, and a weekly check-in so nothing surprises you.
Punch list walked together, hardware adjusted, finishes touched — then we hand it back.
